Gourmet Boomer’s products are superlative.

I used to be the kind of consumer who kept switching brands of olive oil and vinegar and for various reasons never stuck to any particular brand.

However, every since I found Gourmet Boomer and their array of products in Singapore, I haven’t felt the need to try anything new. Having tried their Olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, and their most fantastic infused olive oils (chilli and truffle particularly), I don’t go looking for other brands.

Their portfolio of products are increasing everyday and I look forward to trying new additions. Coming from farms and Olive estates in Australia and Spain, I’ve used them to make delicious and authentic tasting dishes. The El Palomar extra virgin olive oil and The Vinegar Factory Balsamic Vinegar is a combination that features regularly on our table while entertaining.

Had not explored organic wines prior but thanks to the GB team tasted a fine Italian grand cru. Complex to start with but once it spent time in the decanter started revealing it’s true essence. Enjoyed it with the Mrs with some home made noodles cooked by hers truly. Sundays should be more like this. Thank GB.

The extra virgin olive oil from The Gourmet Boomer is a splendid addition to my dishes.

A drizzle of the EVOO on my steaks or in my salads helps to enhance the flavour of the dish. I also use the EVOO to make my guacamole dip which my son loves. Gifted a few bottles to friends and they really loved it too. Recently bought the truffle oil to try and now, I can serve truffle fries and truffle mash at home. Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar -- The Vinegar Factory : Just the right mix of tangy sweetness and a perfect complement to my salads. Wonderful for dipping, with a hint of flavourful caramel.
